Chief Executive Officer
Kasuun; a visionary leader with a proven track record in revolutionizing industries and helping small businesses thrive. Committed to innovation and inclusivity, Kasuun strongly advocates for diversity and believes in creating markets based on value innovation.
He has received national awards and patents for his achievements and is an alumnus of Wayne State University. Kasuun is particularly focused on environmental sustainability and is interested in sustainable energy generation, hydroponic farming, biodiversity credits, mobility, and technology advancements.
Currently leading SKY Rides Inc in Detroit, USA, and the CEO of RanWila (Pvt) Ltd, the parent company of Bio Credit Globe and an SME Business Consultation company based in Sri Lanka.
Chief Biodiversity Officer
Meet Dr. Salindra Dayananada, a passionate conservation scientist dedicated to protecting biodiversity. He earned his PhD in Ecology from Guangxi University, China, where his thesis focused on the impact of rubber and tea plantations on forest birds in Sri Lanka.
With a master’s degree from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dr. Dayananada is an expert in how forest fragmentation and location affect birds, reptiles, and amphibians. He plans to use a multi-taxon approach to study how fragmentation and urbanization threaten community networks and create a Sri Lankan biodiversity web portal with a database of all described species in the country.
Dr. Dayananada has received numerous accolades, including the President’s Award for Scientific Research for his publication on species turnover in tropical birds and the NRC Merit Award for his work on bird diversity in biodiverse regions of China.
Chief Innovation Officer
Dr. Dilshan De Silva is a remote sensing scientist and RPAS pilot in Mamaku, New Zealand. He has a Ph.D. in remote sensing and a diploma in natural resources management. He is certified in UAV operation and piloting.
Dilshan has over five years of experience in remote sensing and GIS for forestry, agriculture and wildlife conservation. He’s also a remote sensing scientist and RPAS pilot, doing research and development on forest health, productivity and carbon estimation using UAVs and satellite imagery at Scion, NZ. He also offers training and consultancy on UAV applications for forestry and environmental management.
Dilshan was a forest analyst at FPS Geospatial Ltd, doing forest inventory, mapping and valuation using LiDAR and aerial photography. He was also a naturalist at Serendib Leisure Management Limited in Sri Lanka, guiding guests on nature walks and wildlife safaris and conducting environmental education programs.
Chief Operations Officer
Menan Jayarathne is an experienced and passionate Environment, Health and Safety Professional with over 13 years of work experience. He specializes in sustainability streams such as decarbonization, ecosystem restoration, environmental impact assessment, ISO 14001 EMS, corporate sustainability reporting, strategy formulation, waste management and 5S lean systems.
Menan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environment Conservation and Management and a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health. He is certified in ISO 14001 lead auditing, water footprint assertion, and chemical management consulting.
Throughout his career, Menan has held various positions, including Health and Safety Manager, Environment Manager, and sustainability consultant. He is also an evaluator for national-level sustainability awards and a contributor to national and international policy development on waste management, biodiversity conservation, and climate adaptation.
Media Director – Head of Media Production
Introducing our Media Director, the Head of Media Production, a former brand executive, and a multi-talented, creative, award-winning photographer with the Sony World Photography Award. He is committed to exploring the creative horizons of photojournalism and marketing, while also acquiring parallel academic qualifications related to his career, including a PGDIP in Marketing.
He has contributed his creative knowledge as a video journalist in national-level mainstream media streams, including TV Deranan and Swarnawahini, and as a photojournalist in several newspapers. He has a keen interest in fashion, portrait photography, news events, reportage features, sports pictures, wildlife, and nature.
He is the Director of Photography in CFA (Pvt) Ltd and a director of ARTICC in Colombo. He produces creative content for sustainability and wildlife conservation. His creativity can inspire the public to care more about nature and development.
Head of Marketing & Communication
Farizul Faraj is a dynamic agripreneur with skills in marketing, environmentalism, and urban farming. He has a background in reptile research and culinary arts. He collaborates with local and international brands and uses visual communication and storytelling to showcase their products and stories.
An Executive-MBA degree holder from the Asian College of Management Sri Lanka (2018) he has a strong background in business and strategic thinking. He has led and managed various teams, projects, and organizations and has overseen marketing campaigns, budgets, and initiatives. He is a visionary professional with a keen understanding of various industries.
Faraj is a business professional who strives for growth and leadership. He has experience in marketing, entrepreneurship, and environmental advocacy. He can create impact and deliver results in any organization or project.
Director of Finance
Meet our Head of Finance, Indeevara Jayalath, an Oracle Certified finance professional with a wealth of expertise in financial management, project finance, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations.
Drawing on years of experience, Indeevara has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing organizations in different sectors and has worked with clients both in the public and private sectors. With international experience in renewable energy, our Head of Finance has a keen eye for identifying financial trends and opportunities and has a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to help organizations achieve their financial objectives.
Indeevara is a CIMA passed finalist and has worked as a Senior Consultant on numerous ERP implementation projects across various industries, including energy, retail, manufacturing, plantation, travel & leisure.
